In order to alleviate either of the Two Types of Depression namely – Reactive Depression and Organic Depression,
Nutrients are important because they fortify the brain and help in the production of the chemical neurotransmitters ( Lithium And Serotonine ). These neurotransmitters help create an emotional equilibrium in the person. The amino acid tryptophan that is found in aloe vera at a rate of 30 PPM, is responsible for the production of serotonine in the brain. When there is a lack of it in the body, organic and endogenous depression occurs.
Another amino acid that is necessary to maintain emotional equilibrium during times of stress is Tyrosinealso contained in aloe vera in 14 ppm. Vitamin B5 also contains tyrosine.
