Try to start with stretching exercises to build balance, for example: (1) Walking straight in the direction of either forward or backward. (2) tiptoes. Can also try (3) sit down and get up from a chair repeatedly, or stand on one foot and hold this position for 30 seconds. Perform alternating between left and right legs.

Supplements for People with Diabetes

There are three types of supplements are the most recommended for people with diabetes including: (1) a supplement containing zinc, (2) a supplement containing magnesium, and (3) a supplement containing proxeronin.

From the above three types of supplements, supplements with proxeronin content is most easily found in the market. One example is the Noni juice (Noni juice).
