Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a collection of symptoms that occur in a person who had elevated levels of blood sugar (glucose) blood due to insulin deficiency is absolute or relative. Implementation of the diet should be accompanied by physical exercise and behavioral change on food.

Sources of complex carbohydrates such as rice, bread, noodles, potatoes cassava and sago.
